For example, Compensation: using the "global pool principle" whereby the commissions (all employees are also salespeople) is put into a global pool and everyone draws from it (with some incentive that up to a certain point, more sales = bigger % of the pie). Everyone enlarges the pie together, and everyone draws from it.

Another example: Open Book Management, however, incorporating sustainability and community development metrics, not just financial!
